With the free browser extension — Chrome and Chromium browsers, plus Safari on Mac, iPhone, and iPad. Add it, then allow it on ActorStats and Actors Access from the checklist in Account. You keep logging into Actors Access yourself, exactly as always — ActorStats never asks for, sees, or stores your password.

One source, read automatically: your EcoCast page on Actors Access, the table of audition requests sent to you. The extension reads that table and nothing else on Actors Access. You can also drop in PDF audition notices to have the details pulled out, and add auditions from any other platform manually in a few seconds.

How do my auditions get imported?

Automatically, from the pages you look at: open your EcoCast page on Actors Access and the auditions on that screen save themselves (there's also a Sync button in the extension if you ever want to trigger it by hand). The extension never browses Actors Access on its own — page through your Current and Archived tabs as usual and each screen you visit lands in your dashboard.

The at-a-glance basics for every audition on the page: project, role, casting office, type, status, and date. That's enough to fill your sortable timeline the moment you sync; the deeper details get added when you open each audition.

How do the full audition details get added?

Accepted Answer

When you open an audition on Actors Access, ActorStats automatically saves the details that only live on that page: the full role description, audition instructions, union status, rate, location, usage terms, and the attached sides. After each one, a Next button appears in the bottom-right corner: click it to jump straight to the next audition still missing details, filling in your history one click at a time. Auto-save is on by default; you can switch it off in the extension.

Can I add an audition from a PDF breakdown?

Yes. In New Audition, drag the PDF onto the upload area and ActorStats reads it — project, role, dates — and fills in the audition for you. Review the details, adjust anything, and save.

No — never. ActorStats has no login form for Actors Access and no place to type that password. The extension works inside your own browser session: you log into Actors Access yourself, exactly as always, and ActorStats just reads the audition pages you visit. If you log out, it reads nothing.

What can the extension see?

Only your EcoCast page on Actors Access, the table of audition requests sent to you. It reads that one page to sync it. It does not read the rest of Actors Access, and it never posts, messages, or submits on your behalf.
