ActorStats helps working actors track auditions. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have. We keep it plain because your data deserves a plain answer.
What we collect
- Account basics. Your name and email from Google sign-in. We use Google sign-in so we never store a password.
- Audition data. The breakdowns, roles, casting offices, statuses, and notes you sync or enter — this is the data that powers your dashboard and reports.
- Usage. Basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the app is used so we can improve it.
What the browser extension can access
The extension reads a single page: your EcoCast page on Actors Access — the table of audition requests sent to you. It reads that table to capture your audition details for your account. It does not read the rest of Actors Access or any other site, it never posts, messages, submits, or acts on your behalf, and it does not read unrelated browsing.
How we use your data
To run ActorStats: to sync and display your auditions, generate your analytics, send reminders you asked for, and support your account. That’s it.
What we never do
- We never sell your data.
- We never share your audition history with casting directors, agents, or other third parties.
- We never use your private audition details to train models for anyone but you.
Your control
Export your full audition history at any time, and delete your account — and the data tied to it — whenever you choose, from Account settings.
